Para remoção dos registros duplicados da sua tabela no MySQL utilize o seguinte script abaixo DELETE a FROM tabela AS a, tabela AS b WHERE a.registro1=b.registro1 AND a.idRegistro< b.idRegistro   Até a próxima!
